My complaint:

I use the app to order a sandwich. The app glitched out and told me that location wasn’t available. I’ll check my bank account and they took my money and never sent me a ation. I went to that location for my sandwich I showed them my bank account and asked is this your store number they said yes and wouldn’t make me a sandwich because nothing was on their screen. So then I ordered another sandwich from a different location and they charged me four dollars for pickles.

Suggested solution:

Give me a sandwich or give me my money back and stop charging me extra for a couple extra pickles
