My complaint:

I purchased a steak cheese foot long and they put VERY little meat on it. they scooped up 2 scoops that were only filled up 34 of the way. When I asked them to put a sufficient amount of meat on it, I was told they just got in trouble for putting too much meat on them so they had to cut back. This sandwich was so skimpy that the end had nothing in them but lettuce and and bread. The manager would not give me any satisfaction–she saw nothing wrong with the skimpy amount of meat put on my sandwich. I asked for a customer complaint number–she pointed at the door and said it was on the window which it was not. I have been going to subway for years but I will never go back to this particular subway again. That was TERRIBLE customer service and they did not care. When I pay $10 for a sandwich I would like an appropriate amount of meat on it. I should have ordered a club–they can’t cheat you on the meat.

Suggested solution:

They should have put the proper amount of meat on it. I know they will say they did but I am telling you that I did not have enough meat on it and I ended up eating a bread sandwich will a little bit of meat flavor. Ridiculous
