My complaint:

Called store before ordering to check if they honor buy 2 get one free and was told yes, picked up sub at 700 pm same day and buns were not toasted as ordered and clerk said she did not know if store honored buy 2 and get one free.

Suggested solution:

Get properly briefed by corporate on their policy about buy 2 and get one free, and make sure customer order is filled per ordered. I did receive a third one free from the same store months ago when i ordered online. I would accept a coupon for my dissatisfaction.
