My complaint:
I’m an OTR Driver team, and lately at several Subways in several states are saying they don’t do chop salads anymore due to cross contamination. Ok, well I have seen them use a knife and cut several several veggies up for customers, and reuse it to cut meat or cheese. Not once cleaned, how is this not cross contamination ? But you can’t use the salad knife chopper to cut salad food ?
Suggested solution:
Subway is OTR only real source of a descent salad to get veggies in. Kinda hard to eat a salad with huge veggie slices and spinach stems halfway making it into your mouth. Could I just get an answer as to why your doing away with chopped salads ?
