My complaint:
This Subway is the closest to my house and I buy from here often. I use online coupons all the time for retail and restaurant purchases. HOWEVER, at this location there is a handwritten sign posted at the front counter that reads We do not accept any coupons. But on the Subway website, this store shows participating all the time.
This is MISLEADING and extremely unprofessional!! Before I come to this location, I check online to make sure this store accepts the online coupon, BUT when I get there, there is a sign that says no coupons accepted and the employee bluntly says it to my face no coupons will work here!
Suggested solution:
I expect a call back from the OWNER with an explanation on their ridiculous handwritten sign COUPNS NOT ACCEPTED HERE and WHY is the store showing that they are PARTICIPATING in the coupon deals.
THIS IS MISLEADING AND CHEATING AND AN UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICE!
For you information, I myself run a Loss Prevention company, and I KNOW this is a way to trick customers and maximize your own profits!
