My complaint:
The employee was very confrontational she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I came into the store to pick up my order that was ordered on line and payed, saying to be picked up at 1:40. The young lady behind the counter LaTonya was helping a gentleman so I went to the counter. Another associate was helping two other customers so I waited. I thought it would be best if I got in line instead of cutting people off. LaTonya looked at me and said what do you want. I said I made an order on line and LaTonya cut me off and said “you just made it.” I then started again saying “it said it would be ready” she cut me off again and said move down. I then saw the sign saying they had no roast beef and that was one of my orders so I tried to tell her but she kept telling me to move down. So I went to the other employee and explained to her she was very nice and she said that she didn’t know for sure if they could switch it or substitute the meat then LaTonya started Arguing with her back-and-forth about canceling it about making a new sandwich about she didn’t care what I did. It didn’t make me feel like she even cared about my order I just didn’t feel comfortable and welcome in that store. So I canceled my whole order and went somewhere else. I called and left my name and number and I’m still waiting on the manager to return my call. That was 5 days ago. I made the same complaint to the rate your experience to the email I received from subway They apologized for not having Roast Beef. Oh My Stars!!!! REALLY is that what you got out of that??!? I have that email would love to send it to you as well.
Suggested solution:
A phone call from the manager and a sincere apology. How she manages her employees is by her actions.
