I ordered 3 subs on the app (it told me this location was participating in B2G1). When I placed the order it charged for me for all 3. So when I went in to pick them up, I asked the employees about it. The man that was working said several people had came in stating the same thing. The woman that was working was rude and told me they did not participate in promotions. I asked if I could cancel my order, she said “no here are your sandwiches”.
