My complaint:
My husband and I went to subway (6202020) for lunch. And in the process of the lady making my husband sandwich, I happen to look down and there was a roach crawling around in the bacon. I said to the lady there is a roach and she acted all surprised like it was the first time she had seen a roach there in the restaurant. But by looking at the roach with eggs attached to it has me thinking the place must be infected with them. And after seeing that there is no way my husband and I will be eating at subway again.
Suggested solution:
In my opinion it shouldn’t have happened period. They should have done something about the issue before it got that bad. And I’m not here trying to start trouble or bash subway in anyway. I just want y’all to be aware of the issue.
