My complaint:
Buy two sandwiches get one free
This is the second time this is happened to us. Your offer for buying two sandwiches and getting one free doesn’t go through On the SUBWAY® app. I don’t know why this has happened twice. I would not have ordered a third sandwich but the offer was expressed on the website

Once again I have paid for a sandwich that I didn’t necessarily need at this time. But the offer was there for a free sandwich so I put in the order, for the free sandwich, only to be charge for it again. Last time this happened I swore I’d never order another sandwich from Subway. This time I’m positive I will not order another sandwich through safeway.com. What a rip off
