My complaint:
My sons and I came to order 3 sandwiches we ordered our sandwiches along with chips and drinks and cookies when I pulled up to the window the gal said that I should have ordered these sandwiches not as meals and I could have got the buy 2 get 1 free deal so instead she decided to charge me for 3 full scene which is and meals and cookies whenever we were trying to get the buy 2 get 1 free deal I feel like she should have given us the deal instead of overcharging us when the board said it was going to be $42 she charged just 47 instead I feel like we have been done wrong
Suggested solution:
I don't know but I feel like I've been a valued Subway customer for a lot of years and that I should be compensated or something to take care of this deal our meals should have been about $30 it came to $47 for 3 subs as meals and 12 cookies like I said that's a little ridiculous
