My complaint:
I purchased 2 foot long subs on 92820 and went out to my car and when my sister in law came out with her order she said I should have gotten a 3rd sub for free. I would have expected that if there was a buy 2 get 1 deal they would have said something. My sister in law found out because she got 3 subs and when she wait to pay she thought they hadn’t charged her enough and when she questioned it they told her of the buy 2 get 1 deal. What a disappointment they couldn’t share that with me when I ordered 2 subs.
Suggested solution:
Offer me a free footlong
