My complaint:

I ordered a sandwich “seafood sensation” through the app. It being on the menu should mean it is available to buy. Apparently not, they call me and tell me I need to change the sandwich and I had asked for a refund and then I would reorder again but apparently that can’t happen. So I end up ordering the spicy Italian which was at least $2 less then what I ordered and I wasn’t offered anything for that money. Chips drink cookie, nothing. I then had to order while talking on the phone which led to me not getting the right sandwich.
