My complaint:

Sunset Blvd, Lexington, SC: I placed an order thru the app. I was about 10 minutes early. All 3 of the employees were rude and said, Nothing we can do for you, you’ll just have to wait. I told them to cancel it because I didn’t have time to wait, showed them the order on my app, and they refused to even make it early. I went right over to Publix and got an even better sub. This is why I don’t bother with Subway, and definitely never will again.

Suggested solution:

Apologize, offer compensation fpr my time and poor experience
