My complaint:
I go to subway acasonaly, each time I go there the workers are rude to older people as myself, I am 58, they always get the order wrong, they do not ingauge with the customer, they can’t seem to open at the time posted on the door cookies are not fresh, they prepare food without gloves, I feel the owners of a place like this should frequently stop in as a secret shopper and observe there employees to make the visit a better experience for there costumes, note: I would go way more if I felt welcomed, this behavior is from almost every employee and God forbid you try to talk to the manager.
