My complaint:
A customer bought 3 items from us, but only wanted to return 2 items, Stripe directly took the amount of 3 items from our account, and then directly refunded the full amount to the bank when the customer did not return any of the items. We were robbed of 3 items! Because Stripe supports this practice!
Suggested solution:
They should refund us the amount for 1 item. The remaining amount cannot be released to the customer until the customer sends back two more items.
