My complaint:
We have been using stripe for over 1.5 years with 0 high risk payments and 0 disputes. Stripe randomly closed account and stated i have to wait 120 days for payout of $13,344 however these products have gone out and this is detrimental to my business.
No one is answering my emails as well. Im highly concerned. I maintain a 5 star rating on google as well as go through a thorough pre-authorization process with all of my customers beforehand. Im requesting this be deposited into our account asap.
