My complaint:
We contacted Stripe for support to add funds to our account. An agent advised us that we can do the adding of funds via fund transfer and we did. Weeks has been going-on and the fund is yet to be reflected on our dashboard with Stripe Support keep on giving us the same spiel that they are working on it. Refunds has been pending for transfer for weeks already which gave negative impact on our customer experience.
Suggested solution:
Address the raised concern and have the deposited funds reflected to our dashboard so we can process our refunds.
