My complaint:

Ive been a costumer for many years and been a loyal custumer and i always used my reward points when I needed them well My phone was turn off around july 27 2022 due to that was my renew date but I was have some finanicial proplems so I waited so around aug 6 2022 I decided to used my reward point and get my phone activated because I had doctor appoinment and had lawyers to talk to and had things where I need a phone . so i go through the process and everything went well .so figure Im good for another month bnut for some reason my phone was turn off 5 days later and that really mess me up i had appointment that I miss and loss job oppretunity and this isnt the only time its happen before where I argued with a supervisor I just want to know what the hell is wrong with this company my number is 18053158860 if itm even matters

Suggested solution:

give me about 6 months of phone service with unlimited data and everything else and a apology from the ceo or atleast 4 months
