My complaint:

Straight took money out of my checking account without my permission. When I called and spoke with customer service, she told me I had to called my bank and have them to reverse the charges. Why do I have to do this. It is your error and you should be able to reverse the charges.

Suggested solution:

Reverse the charges and do not use my information again. I do not have service with straight talk.
