Straight Talk complaint: Bad Customer Service

My complaint:

I’m a Straight Talk prepaid wireless customer, Ran upon a little bad luck and had to down grade my package from the 45.00$ unlimited plan to the 35.00$ unlimited talk and text with 3g of data. My high speed data is gone so I called Straight Talk and asked for a curitosy 1 or 2g of data until I get paid this no ext Friday November 1st. I spoke with a customer service representative and was told not possible then asked to speak to a supervisor, Yet again told not possible, asked for Corporate Office phone number and was then connected to Mark at the Corporate Office, again told not possible. When did Customer Service get to be so BAD??? I have to work 3 hours away from my children and my phone is how we communicate, via. Messenger. Why doesn’t Straight Talk look out for their customers in need of a little help?? Most other companies advertise theis Customer LOYALTY!!; And would have done it without a bit of a fuss.

Suggested solution:

If not for me the next person that calls asking for a little curitosy, for Straight Talk to stand behind the very people that keep them in business. What would it have hurt for them to curitosy 1g or 2g of data??
