My complaint:
Yesterday (Dec.28, 2022) my receipt showed that I had 1004 GO points. This morning (Dec. 29, 2022) the StopandShop website states that I have O GO points–that’s it–with no explanation about how my 1004 points had vanished overnight! It seems to me that this company does not respect its customers–you keep on acting like this and you will lose most of your customers and go out of business.
Suggested solution:
By providing an explanation about what happened to my 1004 GO points, and making sure that the GO point program is administered properly in the future.
