My complaint:
One of your employees was working by the bank today for self checkout. But she called me sir, when I’m a woman. She gave me an attitude, when I was trying to explain something to her. And she didn’t want to hear it. And said that the self checkout line was back more. She was very rude. I was there today at 2:19pm. The store number is 604 on January 2, 2023.
Suggested solution:
I feel that she should be given a verbal warning. And have talk with her about her attitude. Especially when customers are right. Because at this point, I don’t ever wanna go back to Stop shop on 727 Rubber Avenue in Naugatuck, CT 06770
