My complaint:
The store is filty. There is mildew in the diary department. There are numerous ceiling leaks, there is water on the floor in many areas, the bottle return section smells terrible and the area is dirty. The frozen section is so out of range that ice is formed on the box food. The bakey is unkept, the covers are open with a fly inside one of the bins. The bathroom celing is coming down. The manager has a nasty attitude and don’t care less.
Suggested solution:
Get all food sections cleaned professionally, get refrigerated areas with food under proper temperature, sanitize and clean bottle return areas, get a store manager who cares and not just doing it for the small salary(because, he would say that he is not getting paid enough for the stress).
