My complaint:
On August 13th 2021, at approximately 4pm, I Jeannette Harris visited my neighborhood stop and shop to buy groceries as I do every week for years. Im at the hot food station to order. I see three employees busy, they see me also. I wait 6 minutes. Then I ask. Is anyone going to take care of customers?. ONE MINUTE!! ONE MINUTES!! JUST HOLD ON Angrily barked this 20 yr manager mr. Solis . Excuse me,,, don’t you mean to say I’ll be right with you! I asked him!.,,,silence,, another few minutes he marches over WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU? He barked.
You can’t get me anything with that attitude sir! I reminded him that CUSTOMERS should be treated with RESPECT!we are paying for His JOB.
By this time a line has formed, and the other employee, a young man came over, said to solis. Calm down man, I’ll take her order. More things were said. I have witnesses, and considering forming a petition.
This ordeal is inexcusable for employees. I’m Appalled.
Normally employees are respectful in my neighborhood stop and shop.
Suggested solution:
Contact the employees for statements. Explain how this is inexcusable. Reprimand is needed.
