My complaint:
I was shopping for eye drops as I was about to make my selection I was bumped into the shelves lost my balance fell into my wagon. I was very startled since it happened from behind. An employee pulling a wagon loaded with boxes hit into me. She mumbled sorry then said “Don’t make big thing out of it” Meanwhile she never turned around to show her face or to see how I was. I was just fine but was upset by her rudeness. I found another employee who told me her name is Lee. There was no reason for her comment to treat me or any other customer that way.
Suggested solution:
I think this girl should be taught how to speak to people. If you’re working as an essential worker learn how to treat people especially older ones. I wasn’t rude didn’t say a word to her until she made her unnecessary comment then I reported her.
