My complaint:
This store is consistently out of quarts of milk. Nothing in the case. Egg section is half or fully empty. Frozen food sections are 23 empty with the bags and boxes thrown around. Today there was a thick wire blocking the main back lane that goes across the store. You couldn’t get wheel a cart over it! The self service check out glitched so constantly, the attendant stood in the middle of it going to each station to unblock it. II don’t go to the cashier lanes any more because I don’t want a bagger at the end) Maybe Stop and Shop does not want you to shop there.
Suggested solution:
Stock and arrange merch, stop blocking lanes, fix checkouts
