My complaint:
Hello, several times now at the Pittsfield, MA stop and shop on merrill rd. The store locks it’s doors 20 minutes before they close ( they are open until 10pm) but they employees stand at the doors and just watched people trying to get in to shop. As early as 940 pm they lock the entry doors. I asked the man at the door if I could enter to purchase one drink the time was 950 pm today and he said no the store closes at 10 pm…. The employees And managers are always rude and say things about customers as the walk out of the store
Suggested solution:
I want them to have the store open until 10pm like the sign says or put a new sign up staying they close at 945 of they want to close early ever day
