My complaint:
I went in for a quick item and waited in a line of over 12 people JUST to self checkout. The self checkouts were 12 closed and half functional. There were only 2 out of ALL their staffed registers open also with 10 people in each line. This is EXACTLY why this store is HORRIBLE.
Suggested solution:
Fix their staffing to accommodate the demand.
