My complaint:

I was in stop and shop Sunday around 5:30 to make an exchange. However the customer service lady was very unpleasant and although she had my recent receipt and merchandise un opened she denied it. My dog was killed in a hit and run this am and obviously didn’t need the 33$ bag of food. In the middle of the commotion with my dog I misplaced my debit card. I asked to speak with Rich the Manager and he said h was to busy. So I called after waiting 40 mins and he was more rude then the lady. Terrible customer service! I am a gay man and this is by far the first time I was treated like this at this location. But it will be the last
