My complaint:
I have been a loyal customer for the past 17 years. All of a sudden, you guys have decided to give customers who are able to access Digital Coupons great deals and those of us who cannot use a Digital Coupon are not afforded the same courtesy. How dare you brush us off as though are business does not matter. Keep in mind, that there are many seniors that do not have that phone capability.
If this does not stop immediately, I will now do business with the new Shop Rite that opened right near me.
I am sure that this complaint is not the only one that you have receive concerning this matter.
Suggested solution:
Stop this nonsense. Stop alienating your customers.
