My complaint:
Yesterday after work I went to stop and shop on Cooley street Springfield Mass. I picked up a few things and I had 3 coupons when I went to the cashier she was having a hard time with the coupons. Then she said to me the total I’m said did you take my coupons off yes I did I asked her again are you sure you took my coupons off she said yes I did the 3rd time I said are you possesive you took my coupons off and she said yes I paid the price. I looked at my receipt in the coupons or not taken off so I went to the service desk explained the lady there the total of the coupons were $6.75 she did not have enough ones so I said not a problem I gave her $3.25 and you can just give me ten. She gave me the ten and then tried to give me more money. I gave her back the money she gave me and as I got to my Jeep lift up the bag to put it in my Jeep in the bag ripped all my stuff whenever where not happy.

1 the cashier should've called for help did not happen 2 the bag or should I realize don't put all that heavy stuff in the bag in 3Why couldn't she make the change correct
