My complaint:
Hi:
I am writing to say that on a recent trip to the store on Saturday, October 29 2021 during the check out I asked the clerk for a paper bag (What bag do you have with a handle? What bags do you have without handles? What does the store charge for a paper bag?). I noticed that the gal responded with no, yes, and Are you using a food stamp card? (which I was not), respectively.
Since when do the gals ask what payment source one is using prior to answering a perfectly reasonable question.
If Stop ‘n Shop condones the inquiry of the sources of one’s incomeresources for inquisitive reasons, I no longer want to shop at the store.
