My complaint:
I gave in my receipts on bottle exchange and customers service did not refund my receipt of 20.00, there were 2 ladies at the costumer service, the First Lady that took my receipts she asked a
Question to the 2nd lady, immediately the 2nd lady took my receipts from the First Lady when she gave me 7.00 I immediately ask where was my 20.00 refund and she said there wasn’t any, I immediately said yes there was and she began being disrespectful indicating no- the supervisor there in turn ask where was the other lady and was inform that she went on her break- the supervisor did not do anything to resolve the issue, the lady that was disrespectful immediately came out of her area as to approach me, I turned around and toward my granddaughters to step back, I began to leave the store and the lady that was rude followed me out of the store my granddaughters got nervous and I said to them just to walk- Living in the community for 20 years and being a frequent costumer I’ve never experienced what I experienced today as a frequent shopper I will never enter this location again.
Suggested solution:
The supervisor never asked to view the cameras nor the supervisor try to have the lady that was rude to stand firm- she became a threat to myself and my granddaughters-
