My complaint:

Went food shopping and went to self check out someone named Janet kept coming over to me and my husband because we are young and he’s tanner then most from Spanish decent. There were 3 people who needed her help we were not one of them. She touched our food in the cart told us how to place it as if we didn’t know how to carry our own food. Continued to come over watching us. We complained to Mike the manager then today we went in there again to pick up cold cuts and she happen to walk in then proceeded to wave very rudely at us raised her music outloud while we were trying ti speak with customer service again because she came over provoking us. The manager working I do not know her name, she gave us the wrong number for corporate then proceeded to say My husband threatened her employee first and that never happened my husband asked Janet to stop waving at us nastily and thay she shouldn’t do that to people because someone else might take physical action the way she was calling him Spanish and a dog at self check out. How dare she keep working there. I will be putting this on social media if her and tuat manager working today August 16th at 2pm is not spoken to immediately. Janet needs to be let go.

Suggested solution:

Fire Janet immediately. You don't touch peoples food and you don't call people names. And the manager as I said I don't know her name but she was wearing a black shirt and blue blazer with necklaces on. And she proceeded to ask people around her you heard him threaten her right.. nobody was there expect her she asked anybody who walked in if they heard it. Then and Janet kept waving at me telling me look I'm back. The manager said that's not provoking. It absolutely is. And if this isn't taken care of this week, and I will find out. It's going on social media how stop and shop in New hyde park is racist against customers and when tried to go about it the right way given the wrong number for corporate. And with over 300 thousand followers because I do social media for a living your sales will greatly drop. I suggest someone calls me and something is done about this.
