Stayforlong complaint: Still awaiting refund!

My complaint:

I complained to the hotel about the noise coming from a wedding held there, that kept us awake, as it was going until 1 am, 6 August 2022. The hotel said they would issue a refund, but as it was booked through Stayforlong that it would have to be issued through them. I emailed stayforlong who said they needed written proof from the hotel to issue the refund. The hotel sent an email to this, on 10 august, to stayforlong. Everytime I contact stayforlong by email, they say they are dealing with it. I phoned them last week and they said that I should hear something by Friday, but I didn’t. The hotel just needs to know how much to refund and to which card so I don’t understand what is taking them so long.

Refund me for 1 nights stay,
