My complaint:

Disgusting company no respect whatsoever for customers. I booked a hotel in Jan 2021 for a stay in Dec 2021, they took the deposit and ed the booking and have cancelled the hotel stating there is no availability which I advised them is not the case as on speaking to the hotel and checking other booking sites there is ample availability. On notifying them of this they are refusing to accept responsibility and are blaming the supplier. They remain to send me a generic response and have not acknowledged my official complaint to them made some months ago. If you definitely want to book a hotel or other device offered by this company USE an alternative provider rather than face being let down with no consideration taken.

Suggested solution:

Honour the contract they entered into with me when they ed my booking and took my money
