My complaint:
Well l rang awhile ago but never got food assisants with food in desperate need still am for me and my son .father Luke welch
father of my boy Blake.. l have had three back surgerys last one 17012019.
as so left and right groin hurnias surgery
both messed .
And all so a heart attack 2 stents put in so l havnt been able to work and have permanent disability certificate ..
I hate to ask for help ..its difficult for me
a father should be able to look after his son l feel bad for that the little food l have l leave for my boy Blake. I have never rang you people before in my life…
