My complaint:
In February of 2020 my apartment was flooded when the upstarts neighbor was evicted due to high traffic and violent behavior. The people attached to that person have been retaliating and been smashing windows, painting walls and breaking into cars.
It was suggested several times over the years that SVDP get their security camera operating so we may assist the police in identifying these culprits and having them trespassed.
April 30th 2023, I was assaulted in the alley by the same gang of people.
My complaint is that without these cameras working, the criminals have more rights over the property than tenants do.
Suggested solution:
Fix the security cameras!
Have them operable and ready to assist police investigation over the damages occurring on property.
