My complaint:
When I arrived to drop off donations I was greeted by the manager coming barging out of the closed store accusing me of taking the donations THAT I HAD JUST SET DOWN TO BE DONATED. She couldn’t be bothered though to come out to help the elderly man before me that had to unload a entire massage chair BY HIMSELF and several other large and bulky items. He was noticeably exhausted and was having trouble breathing because of all the heavy lifting he had to do by himself. Mind you this man is in his 70s. While I was unloading the rest of my donations then manager stood about a foot away from me and just stared me down the entire time but didn’t once offer to help. She did go back inside for a second to get a shopping cart and proceeded to start loading it with THE STUFF I JUST DROPPED OFF and proceeded to bring it in the store and come back out and repeat this process. This is disgusting the way this manager treated me and the elderly gentleman before me. I have never been so offended in my life and I can’t believe this is how they treat people who are donating to them.
Suggested solution:
I'll leave that up to the company to decide but something has to be done this is the worst experience I've ever had.
