My complaint:
Went into the Milford location thrift store to shop founds and items that was a case for putting knick knacks or things in had a $100 sticker on it which I found kind of insane because probably brand new it wasn’t worth that much beyond maybe 20 or 30 but it was okay I asked for help the woman who came up was named Tammy I believe very rude from the very beginning she grabbed the sticker off of it and kind of was just like a rolling her eyes and I said it’s kind of crazy that you would charge for this little tiny cabinet $100 it makes no sense when I just bought one from you guys in another location 50 times the size for $20 and no glass was inside of the case it was missing every bit of its class so then I said is there another price that you can put it on she goes very rudely I can only go down to $50 I said $50 okay ma’am I said do you have the glass that goes to it well apparently there wasn’t any so then I’m like well okay then it’s just like a couple pieces of boards include together I said but man what if I still buy it without all the glass because I can do something with it still what can you give me the price on then pretty much it’s garbage she looked at me really and said I said $50 and that’s what it’s costing I was like wow okay and just kind of walked away and said no thanks what’s the other part of the store and ended up kind of inquiring about why I was treated like that and why it was costing so much money for something that probably should have been thrown away the manager I believe her name might have been Jessica young brunette walks back is over there to the area looked at the thing and was so apologetic and said I am so sorry you were treated like that and definitely were asked to pay so much she goes hun give it $6 and it’s yours and I started laughing I said it’s okay no problem I’ll take it for $6 but I’ll be back later to get it she says okay walk up to the front desk with me put the sticker down and basically walked away well I go to pay for it the cashier says $25 and I said oh no ma’am the manager that was just with me said I can get it for six she refused and said no she has to have an approval I said okay that’s fine so we both I guess went to look for the manager that was just with me I went to the area where I first seen her and ask for her well the lady named Tammy who originally had try to charge me so much money came barging out of some double doors of right up into my face like with some type of anger and said I’m Tammy and I said it’s $50 and I said well I’m not sure why I need to know your Tammy I’m looking for the manager I just talk to and she said it’s six dollars for me she marked it down she says no I don’t think so I told you how much it costs very rudely I walked away from the woman and went to go find the manager I’d already talked to long story short the woman that helped me and was wonderful had gone home so another employee got on some type of phone and said I’m talking to the manager right now and she says it’s $25 and I said you know what I’m to the point I don’t even want to sing anymore it’s garbage anyway no one will buy it behind me probably I don’t understand why you guys are treating me like this in court causing me to want to pay so much money for it I said your manager has already said it’s $6 why would you push it back up to so much money you can’t do that I was giving it an exact amount it was it was binding she says well that was our assistant manager and she’s not here itsc25$

I don't know I'm still trying to figure out how it even happened and why they were so horrible to me and why some woman working there was like a demon and try to charge something that was trash $100 to somebody it just didn't seem right I don't know I would love to talk to somebody in person because she shouldn't be working there she was just downright horrible is it the money was hers or something
