My complaint:
In regards to food vouchers phoned Fri 15th November for assistance with food vouchers was told come out Saturday between 10am -1pm no show no call.. Called Monday was told Tuesday 7.30pm -9pm again no show no call… Called Wednesday spoke to lady for an hour sorted issue as to why no one came out as said.. was going to supervisor and again promised again no show no call….disgraceful

Not good enough starving 5days one feed... Disgrace... Phone call to apologise then to drop everything and assist me as I've a mental illness have been starving 5days...is it cause I'm male or retarded... Disgrace
