My complaint:
Everytime I come in the establishment I always see 1 person playing 2 or more machines at one time.It is on a Friday, Saturday,Sunday or any day of the week.The staff is RUDE!!I see plenty of people doing this but when I do it Supervisor(always makes me get up.Female security is ALWAYS rude.I am a diamond player I lose THOUSANDS of thousands of dollars don’t deserve to be treated this way.The people requesting the machines are usually people who are upset like this lady was.The supervisor cane to me harrassing me around 6:30pm telling me to get up choose a machine.I need them to come up with a better way to treat people such as myself or close the establishment.No one deserves to be treated this way the female security staff ALL NEEDS TO BE FIRED.The men are nice to me.I actually hate to say it(I still go try to game there).I used to enjoy coming but now not too much as of yet I don’t want to stop coming but I’m really about to say goodbye to them.
Suggested solution:
I don\'t want to be told to get up from 2 machines if other people are playing 2 the supervisors security don\'t say anything.The night of Saturday August 31st was the last straw for me.
