My complaint:

I entered the establishment approximately 9:00 a.m. on 020521. I gave the attendant my ID, she asked to pull my masks (double) a little
After complying, she instructed me to pull it down further, in doing this my masks came off my face entirely. She took my temperature and gave back my ID. She treated me like a criminal. There wasn’t any hand sanitizer in the dispensers. I’m requesting an apology from this employee and request her supervisor name. It should be posted guests might need to remove their masks entirely. I’m a senior citizen, I doubt if I ever come there. I was so upset I only there 30 minutes or less. I would appreciate if someone would contact me via email (lorettapage60@yahoo.com). With covid-19 raging, I feel this employee put my health and possibly my life in danger
