My complaint:
I used my debit card on july 10th as a deposit today is July 24th. I still haven’t received my deposit back. It is still pending on my card. I have contacted the hotel front desk several times. Each time they have a different excuse or a longer wait time! This is ridiculous… I have never had any trouble anywhere else getting a deposit back!
Suggested solution:
I want my 50 dollar deposit back ASAP! I will never stay there again and I will warn other people against staying there because no one should have to wait 14 days for a deposit back
