My complaint:
This is the most unprofessional casino I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Me and my man visit this casino at least 3times a week and never have any problems except not being able to smoke. Tonight or this morning rather we pull up we do our usual routine which is listen to our favorite gospel song for luck before entering. We were not there 5 minutes before they sent security telling us to leave because and I quote if they were going to come in they would have done so already according to head security conisha. Nobody told us there was a time limit to get out the car. Then acted like we was trying to break into the car next to us when I had only just opened my door when security pulled up. It gave real racist vibes and I am going back in the morning to speak with her manager. This was an inconvenience since we drive from memphis just to spend money with yall.
Suggested solution:
We want a formal apology and to see some type of disciplinary action taken. I would ask for my money back I spent coming down but I was going to spend that anyway. I want justice for being mistreated and falsely accused.
