My complaint:
Tried to order in drive through but only taking cash orders. So I went to a stall and pressed red button to make order. Girl said she couldn’t hear me. So tried to speak louder but no answer. So pressed button again. Got out of car and spoke directly into speaker. She said I can’t hear you. So I left.
Don’t know if they don’t have a manager but it sure seems like they don’t.
Suggested solution:
Send someone there to see what’s going on. Never have seen such bad service at this location. What’s going on.
