My complaint:

I ordered 3 items. The first 2 were showing on my screen, the last one which was a frozen strawberry lemonade was not on the screen. I asked for ation that it was on the order because it was not shown and whoever took the order repeated it correctly even though it didn’t show up. I went ahead and paid for my order. When the carhop brought my order, there was no strawberry in my lemonade. I told her it should have strawberry in it. She did not apologize but acted like she didn’t want to do anything to fix it. I told her about the screen issue I had when ordering. She said if I add strawberry it is an additional charge. I told her I knew that but that is what I had already ordered. She took it back in and came back. When I looked in my drink it looked like there was one squirt of strawberry in the middle but it was not mixed in at all. To top it off, I wasn’t even offered a receipt.

Suggested solution:

I would appreciate some respect shown and a little more courtesy. Would have been nice if the strawberry had been mixed in. But honestly the attitude was the bigger issue.
