My complaint:

I made an order on line (Chk 646 @ 7:26pm). I marked marinara sauce and ranch dressing packets. This is the 3rd time I have not gotten the packets and told I did. I was already home when I found out I was lied to. The piece of Texas Toast was not buttered and burned.

The chicken was good, skinny tenders but tasty along with the tater tots.

I had always thought this was the best Sonic in Norman but I’m wrong. It’s the worst. The pickles have changed, which are awful tasting. I don’t know what is going on but this Sonic is just plain awful.

Suggested solution:

Work on doing better, double check your orders BEFORE you give them to the customer. Work on being better.
