My complaint:
They froze my account claiming I violated their terms of service, yet they can’t tell me what violation I supposedly did. Then they said they would close my account which was fine by me. 2 weeks later and my account is still open even after I called and demanded they close my account. They keep saying it’s in the process of closing.
Suggested solution:
Close my account immediately.
