My complaint:

2 months ago I attempted to do a mobile deposit of a check from my wife into my account. Within 24 hours of said attempted deposit, I received notice that my account had been frozen due to suspected fraudulent activity. I immediately called sofi and explained whatvwas going on from my end. This info was recorded by the individual, with a promise of resolution. Thatcwas 2 MONTHS ago. I have called sofi on numerous occasions since then, with customer service running me in circles about how the investgation team must look into this and get back to me. They never get back to me. It doesn’t takev2 months to investigate and respond to me. I have since changed banks, and 2 othervof my friands have terminated their relationship with sofi as a result of my experience. I put the word out to everyone I can, terminate your account with sofi while you can, because they will steal your money under the guise of security.

Suggested solution:

All I ask is the unfreezing of my account, so I can access my money. In the alternative, send me a check for the amount in my account, and I'll close the account.
